NEW TO GINGERSNAP™?

To create a FREE Gingersnap™ account, download the app and then register in-app. Add as many children you like, choose which grandparents youd like them to connect with and then set the permissions.

Well then send them an email too so the family can quickly get connected.

(US customers will need to go through a secondary email check to comply with FTC regulations).

If youre a first time user the app will then handhold you through the initial set up.

ALREADY HAVE AN INVITE?

If you have received a VIP invite in an email from us or other friends of family, you just need to open the link and it will take you directly to the sign-up page where you can create your password.

Then download the app, select LOGIN from the home screen and enter your username and password as before.

UPGRADING TO A SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT

Gingersnap™ is free for the whole family to trial and grandparents get a number of free sample adventures they can share with their children at no cost. If your children enjoy the app, then their grandparents can upgrade to a subscription account to get a handpicked selection of different adventures and activities each month. Subscriptions can be cancelled by the grandparent at any time and there is no financial obligation when you choose to trial the service.
